More info:

Discover the secret lives of Britain’s mammals in this fun, family‑friendly workshop. You’ll learn what makes a mammal a mammal, explore the incredible variety of species living around us, and find out why monitoring their tracks and signs is so important for conservation. Together, we’ll look at how scientists detect mammals that are shy, nocturnal, or simply very good at hiding – from trail cameras to the clever use of footprints. Then you’ll get to build your very own cardboard footprint tunnel to take home. Bait it, set it out, and see which wild visitors leave their tiny inky tracks in your garden or local green space. A brilliant way to become a wildlife detective and help reveal the mammals sharing your neighbourhood.
