2025 Opening times

The Bug Farm and Grub Kitchen opening times are 10:30am – 4:30pm. Last entrance to The Bug Farm is 3:15pm.

Food is served in Grub Kitchen 12pm – 2:30pm and 12pm – 3:30pm during Welsh Easter and Summer Holidays. Drinks and cakes are available all day.

Grub Kitchen operates on a first-come-first-served cafe basis and does not take bookings. If you would like to eat at Grub Kitchen only, you can turn up as a walk-in, but please be aware that preference is given to Bug Farm customers on busy days.

There may be days in which we are fully booked with groups which may impact our standard opening hours. Ideally, do book your entrance ticket online in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment.
